Bringing a Biopharmaceutical Company Across the Border

Helix BioPharma Corp. is an emerging Canadian company developing innovative medicines primarily in the areas of cancer prevention and treatment. With products in development for therapies for cervical cancer and lung cancer, Helix wanted to expand its investor following beyond Canada and Europe as well as position its technology and products for business development opportunities.
